Return & Warranty Policy:

Bili Inc has a 30 day return policy and one year limited warranty for its products. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of ordering to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling charge (S&H) is not refundable. 

Obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before shipping back. Items returned must be in new condition with original packaging, accessories, and a copy of your invoice.

A 25% restocking fee may apply to orders shipped outside USA, imcomplete returns, items with damage, or items returned without authorization.
